DeMolay is an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Basing its approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, DeMolay opens doors for young men aged 12 to 21 by developing the civic awareness, personal responsibility and leadership skills so vitally needed in society today.

The Aurora Chapter of DeMolay in Saskatchewan is composed of male youth in North Battleford, Saskatoon, and Regina. There is usually one formal meeting and one social meeting each month. Meetings are held in Masonic Lodge rooms with a Master Councilor in charge, assisted by a Senior and a Junior Councilor. DeMolay has seven precepts and at the opening of each meeting seven candles are lit to represent them.

Open to youth aged 12-21, the main purpose of DeMolay is to teach leadership, comradeship and fidelity. Youth are taught to speak through the Master Councilor and to follow proper meeting procedures. Order and decorum are the responsibility of the Master Councilor. Members can obtain merit bars for such things as attendance at Masonic functions, sports, and scholarship.

Adult advisors, often parents of some of the youth, are always in attendance. These advisors are rigorously examined by DeMolay International to ensure youth safety and also the integrity of the organization.

DeMolay is always looking to expand its fraternity, both with respect to youth and also to Masons willing to work as advisors to these youth.
